Dear Su and Co,

I can't thank the three of you enough. What a fantastic birthday. Rose had the time of her life and I felt I held the best and easiest birthday party for my child ever! No stress, no pre-preparation, no running around getting food cooked and preparing party bags, no clean up. Just easy and simple, turn up and it's all done.

When I first got in touch with you I really couldn't imagine how you could accommodate all of Rose's strange and specific birthday party wishes: such as her love of drama, her love of Annie and her wish for traditional party games. But you managed it!

The drama teacher/party entertainer was amazing and so professional, she was absolutely fantastic, so creative and fun, the children loved her.

And the lady who greeted us and looked after us, Naomi, she was so nice and really so good with the kids (and the parents). If a child came out of the party she straight away noticed and took the time to see if they were ok, she found out if they needed anything (time out, a drink or the loo). She kept me informed of the order of events and even made the cake extra special.

I guess you know that we parents want our kids to feel special and you guys really took the trouble to make Rose feel like a queen for the day. She really noticed all the little ways in which she was the star, like having her own seat, having a special cup at food time, getting the starring role in the song-show. I couldn't have asked for more.

And all of the extra things that did not even occur to me, such as gathering all the kids at the front and taking them in together so making the special experience begin for them all together for the birthday party journey; like have coffee/tea available for parents; like packing all the presents in an easy to carry bag for us to take away; like taking the time and trouble to worry about special diets needs (my nieces kosher food needs); like the party bags, which were different and special.

One parent at the school said she was now mad at me because I raised the ante on the birthday parties! I think many more will now have their parties there, I cannot recommend you highly enough to them.

Dear Su,

While it's still fresh in my mind, I wanted to write you a quick note to thank you and your colleagues for hosting a fabulous 5th birthday party for my son, Zac, yesterday. The day went off without a hitch, as I had both hoped and expected.

As we have discussed, the quality of the event was outstanding throughout. First of all, the venue is maintained to a high standard - everyone noted the excellent condition of both the children's "castle" room and the parents' cafe. The kids were fully occupied by the wonderful entertainers for the entire 2 hour period, having lots of fun and making lots of noise!

Nonetheless, the cafe remained peaceful and quiet - an unexpected oasis of calm and relaxation for the parents who could enjoy themselves in quiet (we could not hear the children's din!) with the knowledge that their kids were constructively engaged. The service was also outstanding throughout, and the food, especially the sandwich platters, was delicious.

Finally, the party bags were an exceptional surprise - beautifully and creatively crafted, and truly unique.

All of my guests commented favourably on the party, and hopefully some will come back to book in the future!

In all, it's hard to find fault with the way in which you and your staff conducted every aspect of the event, a truly unusual situation! Your facility is a one-of-a-kind "find" in London!

As mentioned, I would be happy to provide future references, if needed, and also to be a "sounding board" as you develop your business. I wish you and your colleagues all the best of luck with Birthday Dreams!

Dear Su,

Thank you for the brilliant party you arranged for Jayden's 4th birthday.

Naomi was the perfect host and the entertainer was amazing, she had the children captivated from start to finish. I was amazed at how much she packed in.

I think all the adults and children enjoyed the whole experience - it was the most carefree children's party I have ever attended, every single thing was taken care of. Holly said 'lots of parents were texting her on the way home saying it was the best party they had ever been to', and to thank her so much for giving their children such a lovely time.

All the staff were excellent, including the ones providing the catering, they were so attentive making sure everything ran smoothly. Last but not least the icing on the cake was the cake - it was fantastic, Jayden loved it and it was delicious.

Dear Su,

Just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU we all had a wonderful time on Saturday!!!

I really didn't have to worry about anything!!!

The Scenery was wonderful just what was needed, and it made everything so much more special!! Totally amazing!!!

The entertainer was excellent, she did a wonderful job!!! The kids loved her!!! Plus she was very good in setting out a plan of what was going to happen before the party started and also very good at helping to organize the kids and the adults, ha!

The food was fantastic and wonderful, everyone was so amazed at the size and presentation of it all, such fine detail!!!

Totally love the food!!! Delicious!!!!

Just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU again for making it such a special day!!!

I have recommended you to everyone at the party. Well I didn't have to much as everyone wanted to know who did it all. I will also recommend to those who were not there!!!

Just to say thanks for a fantastic party, everything was thought through to the last detail and everybody is still raving about it. All children are coming to nursery with tiaras and pirate stuff from the very special party bags you prepared.

What an easy way to throw a party! The children loved it. Indiana Jones theme was catered to really well. The treasure cake was delicious. The mummy wrapping game was a blast! Naomi and her team were so attentive and lots of fun with the children. Brilliant, Thank you
